Went the extra mile, by staying on the phone and walked me through, confirming that all steps where correctly completed before moving to the next step, and ensured first that I could sign in to myhealth e-vet portal, before ending our call.
Overall, I found ID not need to be simple and easy, but some of them procedures had complications. For example, the upload function,, I uploaded the wrong document and it was difficult erase or delete and upload the correct document.
Always asking same questions over an over, should use the information you get from me an not repeatedly ask the same questions.
It was tough the first 2 years of trying. One try after another met with "sorry you timed out" and "you need more verification" after not getting the video thing to work again. One day though, today, I uploaded my id ONE MORE TIME, but instead of using a pic of the back of my id for that upload on the id me web site, I just used the same upload I had for the front upload and omg it worked. I actually got through leveled up even let me go past the video thing.

I have spent 3 days trying to set up my disability account with no success my suggestion is to go in person to social security and do this in person if you can get appointment i have tried calling for 3 days to set this up and so far cant do it
