Had difficulty with the process from start to finish. I design software and use computers all day long. But was presented with badly explained options. Like when it asked me to provide an alternate phone number because the one I had given (a smart cellphone) wouldn't serve. No explanation what that meant. So it asked for another one, and I gave a landline number I've had in my name for 40 years, figuring that would show in the database. Instead they sent a two-part verification text message to it with a URL link to follow. A super-long crypto one. I have limited access to SMS text to my legacy landline server (fortunately) or the whole thing would have been a dead end. But it took two tries to read the URL fast enough, the first time it timed out. I know security is important, but other services I have used for this didn't make it this difficult.
