Terrible experience. No one I talked to understood the process. I was told to just follow their instructions. Several times I looped through the same process. This application truly sucks. There is no logic or flow. This product was not developed. It is bits and pieces of apps put together to gather information. Who knows how secure each one of these pieces really is. I had to use multiple devices to get through the process and had info and pictures stored on different devices. Can you describe cluster to me? That's what it was. Even the submit button at the end of this doesn't work,
Total not user friendly when signing up was already signed but then program changed and need photos and never could up load them and tried many many time and message back something went wrong and was working on it and never was fixed
I had to use this to verify who I was. Being so frustrated, knowing how much of a pain it is to use these things I hesitated, but ended up doing it and getting over it.
To my amazement It didn't have even one single glitch. No errors updating documents. No complains the a 4k HD pic was blurry.

I was setting up an account with Verizon and sent to this third party website with no explanation. I qualify for a discount for my phone bill and Verizon, nor this site explained the process or why we had to provide very personal information. After being approved (30 minutes of circling this site) by ID.me, the text said it would link back to Verizon so that I could claim the discount and Verizon had timed out or didn't link back up. A complete waste of time and now today, I will have to sit on hold for hours with Verizon to sort this out.

I used ID.me to get near instant access to my IRS file. I was prompted to submit an ID and a video selfie, and I was able to seamlessly interact with desktop/laptop to advance through authentication and also use my mobile phone to submit the ID and take a selfie. The whole process had very clear instructions and took less than 5 minutes.
Overall, the id.me verification process was successful but took almost an hour. I created an account two years ago and gave up Id verification because of links not being sent by id.me. Recently, I needed access to IRS and decided to give it another try. Again I experienced issues with links not being sent promptly but was able to complete the process.

I am not proficient with a computer, but the process to sign up with super easy anybody having to do business with the federal government or any other site that uses ID me I recommend you sign up for you will not have to go through multiple authentications extremely simple
I tried 2 other authenticators and couldn't figure them out. I tried ID.ME and was able to create an account right off. Easy to follow directions and steps and very secure. I'm extremely happy with my choice!

Spell user, friendly not this site to the EDD sucks All it is with two hours of my time we need to make their website a lot more user-friendly. This is absolutely ridiculous. Very frustrated.
