I waited for one year and 6 months to finally get help from an agent my account was locked I lost out on all my P u e d money because I was working and I'm still fighting to try to get my money if this would have got resolved maybe 2 months after my problem started it would have been a hell of a lot better for me

These security measures are the way of the future and at first, wasn't too thrilled about changing my login process. The ID.me folks were very thorough in verifying my identity and came up with a workaround when my computer camera didn't function. Now I have ID.me for most of my accounts and will probably switch entirely in the near future.
