Is great the video chat was very convenient and easy to use. The communication was great and smooth.
I felt that all my given information was secure, but it was difficult coming up with the documents requested. On the first go around it would have helped if I was told they wanted it in JPG format. I submitted it in PDF. No go. After figuring it out I tried again but since my state has a hold on renewing drivers licenses (mine is expired). No go. The system could not read my passport. No go. I finally went the slow route ( which really wasn't slow) video conferencing. Success. Agent was very helpful.
