They are amazing! Yes, their response times can be slow at times, but once you have an agent they are committed to taking care of you. If you're someone like me who has to do ALOT of verification due to my line of work it gets annoying but the ID.me system has made it quick fast and mostly painless. I am grateful for the ZOOM call to fix my block to log in due to an OLD email account. Do NOT use a company email as one day you may leave. ALWAYS use a personal email for log in and make a note to your phone and password records. Finally the email came back and a ZOOM call was set up so we could meet and do the identity in ZOOM.
