This site was kept simple, easy to understand and follow through. Because my driver's license showed my old address, not my current one, I was required to do a video ID. They made it easy to essentially "get in line" to wait for a representative for a video face-to-face identity check. My wait time ended up being less than a quarter of the time their timer suggested I might wait. I was given an easy option to save and come back later for the video part. Once the video chat had begun, I was treated professionally. The representative (or agent?) asked appropriate questions and had me show my IDs on video. The process was straight forward and was finished quickly.
