My overall experience was fine. There were a couple of questions that were a bit confusing. I'm one to follow all the rules, but a couple of the questions would not allow me to answer completely truthful. It had to do with one's name. Some docs had full name some, and some still my name but not full. The form would not let me change it, without starting over. It still needed to be verified by an agent. So I answered the questions yes. The whole process was not too painful.

I cant express the gratitude I felt towards your employee. ID.Me company is very fortunate to have a person with such kindness and care that is sincere not forced. When I was about to give up and not continue with verifying my identity, another opportunity to attempt a video call popped up and asked if I wished to join I pressed yes and then your employee pops up with a huge smile on his face and saves the night for me.
