I have been using id.me for a few years now and the verification process is very easy and fast not to mention reliable. I added a new email to my account and didn't update it with the social security website. It caused quite a hiccup to me getting in touch with them, but I'd.me worked with me via a couple of video calls and they made the problem disappear in just a few minutes. I trust this company with my information and their service is remarkable.

Drive you crazy. It's repetitive and time consuming. Understanding the various methods of registation/verification, i.e Self, Video, Appointment, etc. IS confusing since you don't know what each process means or what is required. REGISTRATION process needs more clarity.

Trying to update a phone number is a horrible task. It can be done, but all these ways to log in it kept asking to use old phone number. Was finally accepted but took at least 24 hours
