I had no issues with setting the service up, it was easy to use. Document upload was smooth and issue-free as well. Taking the selfie photo wasn't too hard; it just took me a minute to figure out I wasn't close enough for it to take properly, but it instructs you as you go. The login to the IRS failed, though, at the end of the process. However, I was able to go to the IRS website and log in with the ID.me login, so it worked fine in that respect.
It's literally like a government folder where you can keep all your documents and access information you need that would otherwise be such a pain to contact actual agencies in order to get that information
