After spending time entering what was asked, I was not able to get the social security tax form that I needed.
Apparently my military credentials are linked to someone else's account. The AI chatbot was of absolutely no help. I have yet to hear back from an actual customer service representative, but they have sent me multiple feedback questionnaires as though they had reached out. Since they continue to ask for feedback, here it is. I use this service primarily for VA sign in, but yet they say my military service is linked to another account when I try to use MY credentials for a military discount. Hmmm...make it make sense.
