Had one from 5 years ago. Didn't remember pswd. Kept trying. Then said couldn't verify. Got text to phone 3x to click link 3x then finally got it to verify but couldn't upload id picture. Took a picture and I'd me logged me out. Started over again. Quit til next day. Same thing wouldn't verify, try again. Took pic of I'd so finally got link after phone verification and was able to get it accepted. VI Assist. No help. If I have to log again, i pray not so time consuming and difficult. Exhausting!
The whole process from start to finish was a breeze. Usually I use DS login and if you have ever had your account shut down or expire it usually is a pain to log back in. With ID.me they make logging in a breeze without sacrificing security measures. As log as there is ID.me I will be using their services to login to the VA portal.
