I was having to basically start over as I had an account but had not changed my phone number. I had to verify who I was before I could get in and change the number so it could sent codes where I could get them. I had a little problem but nothing major.

I spent about half a day trying to find someone to help with my issue. It was only after I emailed "Pissed Customer" did someone from ID.me contact me by email, he was able to fix the issue in just a short time..
