This site does not work. The company has written nonfunctional software. No picture will upload correctly. It is a waste of time to try.

I would encourage any user to upload their passport, in my opinion it was easer than uploading picture ID (drivers license)

After a couple of mistakes i made, i regrouped and was able to follow each step, i placed my VA ID Card and Drivers ID on white sheet of paper took the photos and clicked submit, and just lucky i was verified to use the ID Me web site.

It's great how the government can work together and make i easier for Veterans. I gave them a well congratulations for a job well done.

Never to worry about your identity. When you use it for a local government, it is good to make sure your identity is not stolen.

I had an issue with needing my ID updated and they refused to let me update it. Which disqualified me from getting unemployment quickly. I tried to email or chat for help and it didn't work. Ontop of that there is not a customer service representative or phone number to get ahold of anyone for help.

It was the simplest of ID verification processes I have ever experienced since this process has eveloved on the internet - it was very easy.

When I get a text message for a 6-digit code, the text message is not complete and I can not get access code from the text message. So I always to call the international number to get the access code which is annoying.
