The only thing that went right was the id me process, but the reason I had to use it (IRS) needs to get lessons from id me to learn some professionalism. They suck.!

Thought I was accessing my husband's account, when I was actually accessing my own account, so now I have a new password and no way of logging into my husband's ssa.gov account

When upload documents, should have option for citizen ship paper, it has more info on document than passport, or driver's license.
I have a Chinese name and an American name, driver's license can't fit in all, so there's only my Chinese name, I've been using my American name most of the time, now SSA can't find me with my Chinese name because it's not on my passport and driver's license.
After watching the prep video and reading the provided instructions, the process was reasonably straight-forward. Our only issue was not knowing if we could use e-mailed or cloud-stored photos from a second phone or had to use the phone we were using to upload with to take the photos. In the end, both options were available; so no worries!
Way to complicated. Im hoping I'll still get what I need for taxes and other information will still come in the mail. If not, I'm screwed.
