It lagged so much in sign up it seemed broken. It claimed I was all set and that when I couldn't log in to affiliated Govt agency it was there fault. No customer support. Only a robot with stock prepared answers. Those came back quick though. After logging in following fail at govt agency days later it sends email to set up text voice and back up email. Thinking this would fix issue at agency but huh what happened to when it worked at id me before?, I followed the link and was then reject as invalid password. I wrote down that password but got warned of lock out. I then tried forgot password, created a new one. It went through and when I tried to log in it locked me out. It wasted hours and hours of my time. I had to find another way to work with govt agency. I do not recommend this program. I would give it zero but it doesn't have that.
