I'm 77 years young and it's frustrating to continue trying to sign in when after 3 attempts you are locked out of the system and have to wait x number of hours. Now we have the correct ID information when signing in why are we being punish trying to sign in.
I needed to get simple IP PIN from IRS. I try to go to IRS (unfortunately they don't provide parking space). So I sent request by mail. Waited two months-still waiting. Left with only one option-I try to apply for IP PIN online. BUT I didn't know, that before I will be honor to enter IRS-I have to be verify. And then my journey to the promise land started for many, many weeks of sorrow and trying to open closed gates of paradise.
