I love how thorough they are in checking, and having 3 forms of ID to begin with, although only needed the primary ID and social security card for the video conference. Once the conference connection was made, the appointment went smoothly. She was amiable, congenial, patient, and professional, and I was happy. Several times I have used this service and it always seems to pop up with an error, no matter how many times, devices, or tricks I tried all of their fully electronic services have failed. Only when a human was able to be in a video call with me was she able to actually verify my identity. Why does it just not start there? If your electronic services do not work why not do what always works? This can really ruin someone's life if they need documentation from their state or the IRS, AND some of your services never get to the 'Video call' stage, it just leaves you hanging on 'could not verify video selfie' and then sends you an email. This is currently stopping me from accessing my own tax records. When the service you provide is Mandatory for people to obtain documentation online you service can not be this flawed.
