Yes, that's right, easy. I'm 68 and completed the process with relative ease. Though I had to reshoot my drivers license a couple of times because my hands shake( Again, 68!) I did it all on my iPhone. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

I used ID. Me to confirm my identity so I could log into a website. I had some difficulties so my only choice was to video chat with an agent. Initially, I was worried about how long that process would take so I hesitated a bit. Once I finally decided to do it, I was shocked! The whole process was done in less 10 mins most of which was spent uploading my documents and waiting for an available agent. The actual call itself was very short and the woman I spoke to was very professional and helpful.
