My wireless phone company uses ID.me for my Military discount. I'm highly highly apprehensive to join anything online. Not a fan of giving out my personal info. However, after reading up on the background of this company and its owner/creators I saw(read) what I liked and followed their easy instructions and signed up. Their was a hiccup with that part of the process and I got an email saying to use their support. Long and short of it is after emailing my signup problem to support I got an instant email saying what they will do on their part. And they delivered. Less than 24 hours later another email with results they promised and I'm a member of ID.me now. My wife and I see there is a lot more places and companies we can use our ID.me included with this.
