The system was easy to use. I did a video chat to verify my identity. The girl from IDE.ME said that I would receives two emails. One with further instructions to put verify my tax return. The second a survey for IDE.ME. The survey email came fast. I hastily filled it out and gave them 5 stars. Now I cannot get back into IDE.ME to complete the tax return step. It says "WE ARE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE YOU ASSISTANCE TO YOU VIA THE IDENTITY VERIFICATION TOOL.' Without this next step they will not process my claim. I cannot get in touch with the IRS. IDE.ME should have a way to contact them with a problem.
