I had to try and take my face scan two times? I tried a push notification, but that didn't seem to work at first. Eventually, i received positive ID.me feedback saying it all worked and i forwarded on to the SSA webpage. It ended well, but a long time and confusion getting there. The process seemed more difficult than it should be.
