It was on a Wednesday night, just before Thanksgiving. I needed some transcripts from the IRS and had to sign up their website. Lost my password and in order to get a new one had to sign up again, using my drivers license which was compared online with a 'selfie' by ID.me. It all took me no more than 15 minutes to get finally logged in at my IRS account.
