I had to change my phone number to my new number with a government agency, (social security).This made their site impossible to access, until I receive a letter in the mail telling me how to change my phone number. Since I did not want to wait because there was information that I wanted NOW, I utilized I.D. me. So with a smart phone and a camera, I was able to prove my identity and provide a selfie, thus allowing me to gain access to the government site, in order to retrieve the information I wanted; all within about 5 minutes. I was astonished at how easy and quick it was. Keep in mind I am not computer savvy at all, and I stress out over situations that I cannot figure out. However the instructions were so easy even I could do it.
