While using the self service function I ALWAYS got the "OOPS Sorry something went wrong" page and I was never able to get the page that would permit you to take pictures of your license, SSN, or passport.
Finally I gave up the self service and decided to use the video assistant. It was simple as long as you read the suggestions on how to take the pictures one needs to upload and picture requirements. EASY.PEASY
