It was a little confusing at first. But you can't go further if something is not right! I loved the fact that I could do it from the comfort of my home, in my pjs, in the evening! The gentle who did the video chat verification was professional and I could easily understand him (no heavy accent). I do mean to offend anyone as I am from the South and have a little drawl myself, but I try to speak clearly. Anyway he was professional and polite. The process was quit. Glad to have easier access to my IRS.gov account!

It was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! I couldn't of asked for a better experience truly. The lady I spoke with verified my identity quickly and in a very professional manner she got what I needed done and finished rather quickly. And she answered all my questions of concerns when we were finished those questions were no longer a concern. But she also told me my money should be on my direct deposit account within 2- a few weeks but yet nothing has been issued to my direct deposit account yet and it has been WELL OVER several weeks
