Just go through a live rep. Had to do everything multiple times the "fast" way, only for it to refuse to accept my actual phone number. It wanted to verify me through my parent's landline… via text message. Yeah. Impossible.

Well where do I begin… I've had a rough let's say 5 months … partner had killed himself along with that I've lost it all including my Id… (no pun) and we all know how frustrating it can be to obtain anything from or for the government, between not being able to get unemployment or assistance of any kind I did what I had to do it took me months giving my circumstance. I hit walls left and right I was no hopeful nor did I have any expectations about the call I just had with id me… i went on this call and instantly at hello I was able to breathe, Dalicia is a professional with a full command of her job but most of all is a professional day maker, first time I smiled and even laughed in months, meant the world to me.
