Simple and fast and efficient, very easy to navigate
I had never tried to take photos and "upload" them to a website before. More precise on screen instructions for how to complete that process would be helpful. I had to attempt the process three times before I understood what "button" on the screen to push in order for my driver's license photo could be "attached" or added to the screen. The video process was a new experience for me and now I understand the need for that added security feature, however, it was not what I was expecting. The agent was very helpful, pleasant and with excellent "people" skills—-she helped me understand the process and what would happen following the video.
