It was wonderful until the last minute when app asked for my last name - saying my last name could be either my name Adriana or Gil - the second word on my last name which is compound by two words. United States has more than 300 millions habitants and Latin American ethnicity uses two last name... the result the application failed to verify my identity and prohibits me from creating and access my personal information which is the end because there is not way to communicate with ID.me about it. If some one read this message, please i need help to access IRS information.
It was very confusing & not user friendly & once I registered it's still is not letting Nevada UINV know I'm registered so I can start my claim process
