The instructions are completely inadequate. The process is poorly designed and engineered and does not work properly. It took multiple tries to take the photos of my driver's license and the selfie. This company (which must have contracted with the government to provide this high-security service on the cheap) is doing a disservice to citizens. What about older people who need to access the Social Security Administration and are not tech-savvy. This is an insult to citizens.
