I thought I could write 50 words explaining my experience all I can really say is that it was helpful and I didn't have to wait on hold for 2 hours like I did earlier and then it disconnected twice so that was basically a waste of the time of my day and that's really all I really have to say about my experience with ID me and I hope that it helps
I tried to access this through my phone, but the app did not always send the code, and then when I tried to upload the ID from the phone it always said denied. It was very hard to use, so I finally figured out how to use the virtual id, after several outside web sources, and then the representative was short-tempered and rude. It is not intuitive, and I cannot imagine how an older person would figure this out, it is awful that there is no customer service either.
