I attempted to try to make an account at least 5 times just to be told the account couldn't be created for an unidentifiable reason and that I had to chat with a video agent to continue. To chat with an agent, you have to confirm documents then wait a couple of days for a confirmation email. Once reaching an agent, it was super simple and took only a couple of minutes.
