If you have to verify your identity via video call, you'll have to use your phone. If you have an older phone that doesn't handle video calls well, it can be frustrating. And you can't use a laptop or PC, which would have been a simpler option.

Site can not verify me. We, put in information tookbl picture of drivers license and movie selfie. Site comes up and says can not verify you.

I like the most is that we can save all accounts in ID.me wallet that we can easily access to them from one account.

Found this somewhat easy with the help of our financial advisor. Not sure if we could have sent pictures and such on my own.

It takes too long. It requires too many duplicate logins. It isn't a very fluid process. It times out too quickly. I found it very frustrating.

Very frustrating. Took HOURS to complete. They kept asking for additional documents after I had supplied what they asked for. On person on the phone was rude and condescending. Another was friendly. Even after I finally was approved, a federal agency asked for another video selfie which IDme said was successful, still couldn't access that agency's site. "A condition has been identified that is preventing your access..."

ID.me is a peace of mind, when I signed up, it's takes about 5-10 minutes for verification purpose. I even had to do a FaceTime video with agent, all I had to do is hold up my driver license next to my face, then you are all set, and it's very secure

I Always look forward to using ID.me when using My Health Vet. And I love it that when I have to verify or use a "Who are you and what's your made up password", I love that I can just Tap ID.me and it practically holds my hand through the rest of the Verification. And POOF! You are where you need to be to Navigate your business. DONE!
