Always able to remedy my problem

I have had to contact I outta a few times now re receipts not loading and usually get an immediate response with my monies being added to my account. I am very pleased with Ibotta's customer service.

Gave me my credit!

I had an issue of a rebate credit not making it to my account after purchasing from an online makeup company. I always take a screenshot of my purchase for this reason so I sent it to customer service and they credited my account for me.

Not 100 percent pleased

I did not receive the items that I purchased. I received a different order. I tried to log into account and could not get through. I do not usually have these problems but today it is a big mess.

Frequently don't get cash back

I have experienced several occasions recently where I've purchased items that are eligible for cash back according to what is written in the description but cash is not given. When I follow up I'm told it's not eligible or there's a problem with the receipt. Seems a bit misleading.

I help my senior citizen mom with her account because she is not good with technology. She doesn't really use it. We have the same first and last name and live at the same address. I was also trying to open one for my father. Instead of doing it on their computer or phone. I did it on mine since we were out shopping. Well, apparently you can't do that. Fine, I have tried explaining this over and over again. My mother and I have offered to send in IDs that we have the same address and name. We have asked for confirmation on how to proceed if we open accts on their own devices. We just keep getting robots sending us the terms for Ibotta. I get your terms. But, lets face it. Ibotta disciminates against disabled and elderly people that have a hard time getting to the store. They make it hard to use their system for pick up orders and delivery. But, when you are being upfront about the mistake and offering evidence to show how the mistake was made. No one wants to even take a look. Shame on Ibotta. I brought this up in the begininng of opening my acct since I have health issues also. But, ibotta doesn't care.

Quickly handled

I noticed I did not get money back on an account that I have linked to Ibotta, so I reached out to customer service. My issue was quickly remedied. Ibotta credited my account with the expected amount.
Everything was handled in an email, and a couple of hours.
That's excellent customer service!

Cannot Recommend Ibotta Enough!

I have loved my experience with Ibotta. From the customer service, to the cash back bonuses, I have LOVED it! My husband calls it "girl math" but I love being able to trade my cashback for gift cards for myself.

An App Worth It's Weight in Gold

For the most part, Ibotta is an easy, fun, and rewarding program to experience. All things come with ups and downs (ex. Good cash back offers, bonus deals, holiday challenges vs. missed deals, service connection issues, and so offers not attaching at times). But for the most part I will continue to use this program and refer others to use it as well.

Normally I have no problem but from time to time, the clarity in the fine print can be misleading (missing cash back & subjective to customer service understanding when sending a ticket in). However, I say the system works well flaws and all. Thanks for the opportunity to save money in this day and age.

Missing cash backs

I bought 2 chocolate bunnies from CVS. When I scanned the receipt it gave me credit for one so went back and added the 2nd bunny. It appeared to give me credit for the 2nd bunny but when it deposited the $ it still only gave me credit for 1 bunny
