I had an issue with my phone app in that it wouldn't let me select the grocery store that I use the most. After a couple of emails clarifying the problem, I got an email from Sany that completely resolved my issue. Great customer service for a great program!

It started with one issue of a missing credit from one grocery store, then I had another one for a whole submission that was pending and not crediting. A third issue added on afterwards. I have never experienced three different issues in a such a short time span. It took more than one ticket and a few different agents replying to me. Ultimately, Jan fixed it all to my complete satisfaction. Thank you to Ibotta for correcting the issues and making things right.

Had an issue with a reicpt not scanning. I reached out on the help site and they resolved the issue quickly. They emailed me with some quickly follow up questions and I had the missing 2.00 in my account my the next morning. I know it might be a sall amount but the amount didn't matter they focused on the error and handled it quickly and efficiently. Love this app!

I am relatively new to Ibotta, so did not know the process to redeem a 'multiple purchase offer' to get $1 back on two purchases of Pearl Olives. I submitted a question to the Ibotta team, and within minutes received an email note from the Ibotta Care team confirming my ticket. Within a day or so, the Ibotta team provided specific instructions for me to follow to submit the second receipt. I followed their advice and was rewarded with $1 for each purchase. I submitted my receipt to Ibotta and it was multiple pictures because it was a long receipt and parts of my pictures didn't go through and I was unaware until sometime later in the month. I reached out to Ibotta customer service and they helped me very swiftly to fix my issue and credit my account.

I have been using Ibotta for several years, my wife got me started on it. She is a big fan. I have never had an issue and therefore have never needed support. I did have a problem this week where eight dollars that I was due was not properly credited. I was just going to let it go, because thats how ai roll, but decided to send an email and see what happens. I got a reply very quickly from 'Jill' informing me she reviewed my receipt and agreed. The money was credited almost immediately. Very impressed and happy with results.

Things happen & sometimes the offers don't scan correctly on the receipts. The customer service peeps will get it taken care of in a flash & make sure you are satisfied. The best customer service around!

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?
Answer: Because they deny certain purchases due to cost! It's become a scam!
Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
