I love Ibotta. Not having to submit receipts from my grocery trips (online or in person anymore) is one of the best things they offer. And now they are even more helpful by letting you know you missed an offer that you can still submit within 24 hours of the shopping trip. The only thing that could make this app better is instant payout to Paypal after a shopping trip instead of waiting for a $20 cash out. Their customer service is top-notch.

I have had this app for a couple of years and just love it. Before you go shopping browse through offers click on one s you want or you can scan products while shopping to see if any deals. (Personally I do both) that way I never miss a deal. If something does go right or have question about not getting cash back you can email them and they response quickly and work with you to resolve any issues. I would recommend this app to everyone.

I had an issue of not seeing a credit/cash back for an item listed on the vendor eligible, but the bar code was not registering. The customer service rep, Sloane, responded timely and manually adjusted the cash back with copy of receipt.

I've been using Ibotta for several years and absolutely love it! As a shopper who shops for needs I find it valuable to make my shopping list first and then go to Ibotta to fulfill as many of those needs from Ibotta "coupon give-backs". It keeps me on track and helps with staying on my needs shopping list - with cash back on the items I will use.
The app didn't recognize one of my deal offers that was delivered separately from my Walmart pick up order for some reason. When O didn't see the credit on my account I reached out to their customer service team. After submitting screenshots of my purchase they were able to apply the credit. I appreciate the help and support that they offer. It's quick and easy.

I bought CereVe facial cleanser and could not redeem the Ibotta rebate. I do not understand why this is even a thing. It seems more and more often this happens with Ibotta. Very frustrating. I bought a two pack which is all Costco offers and I should be able to redeem for purchasing one.
