I did my usual and clicked on all my stuff before I went shopping. Came home from shopping scanned receipt and it didn't give me money back on one of my items so I scanned the item then the receipt again. Also emailed Ibotta, a short time later I got an email back and got my money added right away. I love using Ibotta.
I had trouble redeeming an offer available at a local independent store, I had never put in a trouble ticket before. I am not real computer and cell phone experienced. Emmanuel and others in the care team with Ibotta were so patient with me as I had trouble replying to their emails with a photo of my receipt. Once I was able to do this, my account was credited quickly.

Twice I loaded offers and bought the products, but received a message that nothing on my receipt matched. In one instance I received credit within minutes. In the second, it was the next day, but I received emails, that were very professional in tone, keeping me apprised of the progress. Wish customer service was this good everywhere!

I have been using ibotta for years and enjoy it! I have found some favorite products that I likely would not have tried and also save money on some tried and true items. I recently had an issue and they were quick yo assist with a simple push of the help button. I explained my problem unclearly lol. They messaged back and I corrected it and heard back so fast. It may not seem significant to some people, but every Ibotta refund counts for me. It's frustrating when refunds are not accepted. It doesn't happen very often, but recently Ibotta could find the purchase of two packages of Quaker Rice Crisps valuing a $1.00 credit. I went through to process of having it reviewed again and was still denied. I had never contacted Ibotta before and was doubtful anything would happen, but much to my surprise, Gabriel A. Got back to me the next day and credited my Ibotta account $1.00! It really does work! Thank you Ibotta and thank you Gabriel A.

I bought a Flexbird razor from Walmart and went through Ibotta. My $15 never showed up as pending so i reached out to the team. WTG Ibotta! After providing pdf's of my order and delivery from Walmart, I had my $15 within about 30 minutes of emailing. Cannot beat the service! I've been an Ibotta member for years!

It is very common for me to have to contact support at Ibotta. The app scans products, but won't update the rebate you are supposed to receive. When you submit it through the app, it denies it 90% of the time. Then you have to submit by email to get it corrected.

I was missing cash from a receipt (i just got. 5 from any receipt but not from the other items), contacted them just before the weekend and I had the cash monday morning. Fast and easy!

As I stated in several emails to you, I checked the barcode for the Sumo citrus oranges. I purchased the required 2 oranges. The barcode indicated that they qualify. This has happened several times when I purchased sumo oranges. But I usually let it go. This time I'm not! I want you to look into this error. I don't know if others have also let you know about this.
To summarize, I needed to purchase 15 items to receive a five dollar rebate. I did purchase all 15. But you did not recognize the sumo oranges. Nor did you add a five items that I purchased at Big Y yesterday.
Overall IBOTTA rates as a 4. I enjoy using it. The rebates are helpful and some are very, very good. Sometimes it does require patience because there are some glitches in their system. You must do your part when you start to have issues and be diligent and it will work out. Example: Clicking on a reward in the store and when you get to your car the reward disappears. Best to take a photo while you are in the store portion of the app where the rebates is and screen shot it. That is helpful to IBOTTA when attempting to give you the reward. This save you and IBOTTA time. Hope this helps.

I was unable to withdraw money from my account. A couple of days later, I received an email saying that everything had been fixed. The employee was polite and resolved my problem.

I have tried very many cashback apps but I must say this one is the one I use most every trip to grocery store! The app is perfect, never a bug or technical issue, customer care is amazing. Couldnt ask for a better service

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
