After I believe 3-4 tries to have my receipt accepted it was finally accepted. But not for each item on the receipt.
I really enjoyed Ibotta until it logged me out and when I logged back in, the money I had earned was gone. I had almost $20.00 dollars. I usually wait until I have $25 to $50 bucks but I question doing that now. I gave Ibotta another chance but if it happens again I will stop using. I also don't like how products I purchased online are not included in the regular earnings. We have proof of purchase, so shouldn't we get the same earnings? Why does it matter if go in the grocery store or order online.
I am very happy with the customer service provider by Alexa at Ibotta. In less than 3 hours she was able to resolve the issue. I can say hands down Ibotta has the best customer service.

I recently experienced some inconsistency at a grocery store. I had gone to get items that were eligible for cash back. And forgot my receipt. I returned to the store within minutes. And the lady said she could only go back four receipts. But couldn't find mine! I reached out to customer service for some help. The first representative didn't help me. But then a gentleman named Prince helped. He's awesome, thank you!

Great customer service! In today's society when you call and you can't get anyone to listen but you get that rare great customer service, well Ibotta was that for me. I had an issue and they resolved it quickly. They listened and resolved my issue immediately! I was already a happy customer, and I still am! I used to be obsessed with Ibotta, until I started working, now I don't have time to use it. My friend shared an amazing deal that I couldn't pass up. When I went to log in, I forgot my login information for Ibotta :( assuming customer service wouldn't help me out right away, I decided to shoot them an email anyway. To my surprise, the person that helped me not only found my account, but communicated with me back to back. Thank you sooooo much! IBOTTA ROCKS!

Two premium tubes of Crest were on sale plus there was a $2.50 ibotta rebate offer for each product. I went shopping for both items at a drug store. I thought I had clipped the offers before I left for the store. After I found both items I scanned the bar codes and both items matched the offers, I paid for the items and headed home. However, when I checked my ibotta account I did not receive $5 for the 2 rebates. I sent an email to ibotta support. The next day $5 was added to my ibotta account. The email from the support team explained that I did not clip the offer before I went shopping. However, the support team decoded to put the $5 credit on my account even though I had made a mistake. Excellent service with a fast response. Thank you very much.

I use Ibotta a lot. Things I try that I might not have at times app has problems not crediting my purchase but a quick note to customer care they research them and if correct credit me I'm very pleased with app

This is an excellent app. I have received a lot of cash back. There's always new deals. It seems like they kind of track what I'm buying and offer deals, knowing what I like to shop for which I really like that they do that it offers a variety of deals and cashback offers for items I shop for periodically. I don't usually have an issue with the app, but if I do, they're always quick to fix it and great customer service when I do need help.

Ibotta is useful at times, but they need to be more honest with their customers. We're a household with two separate people, each using the app correctly. Because we share one phone, they flagged us as if we were the same person and denied the Welcome Bonus. Nowhere in their Terms of Use does it say that two customers in the same household can't share a device. The Terms clearly state "one account per person," which we followed. Instead, they used an unpublished "device restriction" to block a legitimate bonus. On top of that, when I redeemed valid offers, Ibotta sent me "courtesy credits" that didn't apply toward bonus progress. That means even when you buy exactly what the offer says, they can still deny full rewards. Ibotta should: Disclose device restrictions upfront in their Terms and bonus descriptions. Stop letting Walmart Cash automatically override Ibotta redemptions without warning. Honor legitimate purchases and bonuses without making customers fight for pennies.
Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
Answer: Sorry Jenna bit it seems like you're kinda late for that rebate a few years actually. I'm pretty sure that ibotta have 100% absolutely forgot about you and by not I'm sure you forgot about too. :)
Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.
Answer: Why don't any product receipts add extra bonus for us?
Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
