I had scanned items and they showed as being good for receiving money back. Only one item gave me money back. So, I contacted ibotta and explained that I had scanned the product and it showed I would receive $5.00 for purchasing. They fixed the issue and updated it to prevent future issues. Super quick!

I had a question with a product I purchased showing as ineligible for one of the offers. I submitted a support ticket and within minutes I had an email from Leslie with the Ibotta Care Team. After providing my documentation they were able to update my account to reflect the offer. Leslie was very helpful and pleasant. I've been a saver with Ibotta since 2015 and I have nothing but great things to say!

I used my Weis loyalty card to purchase GM cereal, and had added the product to my Ibotta list. When the credit didn't appear, I emailed customer support and attached a photo of my receipt. I was then asked to send a screenshot of the Ibotta offer, which I did. Today I received the missing credit. I get that it was only 1.50, but I was given the same attention and courtesy as someone claiming 150.00 missing credit. Many thanks to all who assisted me.

I had an issue where my account withdrawals were temporarily frozen because I uploaded what was considered an altered receipt (it had a rip and some of the ink didn't print properly). While this was upsetting at first because the alterations weren't intentional, I was able to explain my situation to the customer service team and I received a response within a couple of hours. The response explained the reasoning for the temporary freeze, while also promptly restoring full access to my account. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast and helpful their response was. I've been conditioned to expect long wait times and responses without solutions from other companies' support lines in the past. I can happily say however that Ibotta was very helpful and gave me the benefit of the doubt with my situation. Instead of being a frustrated customer with a locked out account who would never use Ibotta again, I am now a happy customer looking forward to the next time I get to use my Ibotta app. Thanks again Ibotta!

This is the worst experience ever y'all all take forever to help us can get a straight answer all y'all send me automatically emails so I can figure that out on my own after three days I finally was able to log into my account and to find out that somebody cashed out my money on a target gift card and I tried to put the gift card on my target account but it says it's empty so somebody took my money I want my money back this is horrible Customer Service y'all need to improve these Customer Service
I had purchased the Gatorade 12 oz 18 pack to be able to get the $1.00 back. Which I did receive. I ALSO purchased 2 of the Gatorade 20oz 8 pack to be able to get the $2.00 back and I did not get the $2.00. So I attempted to send in an email on this matter but your facility's representative Mercedita I. Did not take the time to review the entire order and only part of it for a different coupon that I got and it is for Gatorade as well but it is for $1.00 and the stipulation for that one is to purchase Gatorade 12 fl oz 18 pack. With this being said I would give Mercedita I. 1 star if I could split them. I then reached out through the app and was able to speak with Cybil and she was able to fix and update everything. Cybil was very pleasant, responsive, and thorough how a representative should be. I would give Cybil 5 stars. If I need to redo this feedback and separate the 2 representatives please let me know. Ibotta customer service is outstanding. They explain everything and make it's easy to understand. If it's a glitch they will fix it. They usually respond to you within a day even though they say 72 hours. I'm always pleased with the outcome whenever I need to reach out to customer service.

Long time user, or try to be. But there are fewer offers that interest me nowadays. I also know technology exists that I shouldn't have to click on offers to take advantage of them. It's not always possible to check your website while I'm shopping to insure my purchase meets the limitations set on the offer. I get all excited to know there was an offer on an item only to find out it was limited to a certain size, flavor, etc. once I get home and snap my receipt.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
