I am of course, missing cash back. I even scanned the barcodes. You guys come back and state that it wasn't on the receipt, when it's clearly on the receipt. But instead of giving an easy option to respond and resend the receipt or anything along those lines, you make the Customer jump through hoops to go resubmit it. Of which, of course, when trying to resubmit it, my screen froze. I have to go through your prompts of basic questions that are asked every time when I just wanna submit a request. Such a waste of time.
Ibotta deactivated my account because I complained about how I haven't been receiving my money. First they removed the money from my account. One person stated it would be put back, that never happened. They are so unprofessional and that's just annoying. They don't respond to emails or help tickets. They only respond to social media msgs to tell you 'they can't help that's another Dept'. I would never recommend them to anyone. Ever! Plz don't fall for the decent beginning it ends quickly.

My roomate and I both got locked out when we tried to retrieve our giftcards. They accused both of us of using more than one device. My roomate and I have our own phones and do our own shopping. We never put in duplicate reciepts. After this accusation I responded back that I only own one device and asked them to show me what reciepts I was supposedly trying to duplicate. They will not contact me back. Yep. I see class action lawsuit coming...
I have been using Ibotta for about 3 years and enjoyed rebates on my grocery purchases. I have never had an issue receiving credit for items that have been submitted properly and within the rules. I did have a UPC that wouldn't register, and I sent the photos of the product along with my receipt to support and received credit. There is a long delay in support responding, but I hope to attribute that to growing pains with people constantly looking to save money.
This app is easy to use, you just have to plan ahead and remember to click the store before shopping.
I had to submit problem with picture of upc and then wait 2 days, I wish offers weren't posted unless ibotta is sure it will accept it. It is a hassle to make a purchased expecting cash back then you have to put more time in to actually get the cash back.

I love using Ibotta! Hi combine getting cashback for products I see online and then I noticed that I can get cash back when I buy an item that is listed on Ibotta! I love it when I can get an item free after offer, BOGO or $ off. I appreciate my groceries/products even more! I am now in the $250 back club!
I have logged into Ibotta several times to make purchases from Amazon, but Ibotta is not posting credit to my account, but posting a service charge to what I earned from previous purchases. I cannot get any response to my complaints to Ibotta after numerous attempts.
I used for several months and had almost $140 and another $40+ that was "waiting". I decided I wanted to cash out $100 on an amazon gift card. It sent me to the log in page, and never would let me log in. I used the same email and password I used to set up the account. Decided I would do a password reset. The link they emailed me sent me back to the log in page. Not a password change. I tried multiple times, contacted customer service and they sent me a link to a password reset page. No, it was the same log in page. Cant change your password if you arent logged in, but my original credentials they say are not correct. They basically said theres nothing they could do. I asked if they would change my password and send me a temporary one so I could try to log in and change the password. They never replied. So out about $185.

Easy to use and earn cash. It does take a little time to select the products you're going to buy and check that you have the correct product but it is totally worth it.

I double check everything in the store & you're telling me it's ineligible I bought 6 Cesar's checked the label scanned in store & it was green saying it was good but your telling me it's ineligible. Then I tried to add my Kelloggs Fruit Loops for missing cash but it had already taken the Cesar's & now I can't enter it for missing cash. I would have never bought these items I always scan them in the store & see if they're eligible which I did.
Whenever I have been missing cash back or when I have questions the IBOTA team has always responded quickly to resolve the issue and offer advice. Seems like this organization understands the importance of great customer service.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?
