My Walgreens receipts are go to my email. There seems to be no way to upload a receipt from email. I couldn't find an answer from FAQ in the help section.
It seems that ogx was on Walgreens's list, then it wasn't. I guess I could be wrong since I was looking at different stuff trying to just find SOMETHING they had I used from the bonus thing.
I tried Walgreens and Publix today and both stores seemed to be lacking in the products that I could buy. The ones that were very specific in number or other flavor. They had didn't carry that specific thing. It just wasn't available.

I bought 2 chocolate bunnies from CVS. When I scanned the receipt it gave me credit for one so went back and added the 2nd bunny. It appeared to give me credit for the 2nd bunny but when it deposited the $ it still only gave me credit for 1 bunny
I started using this app service because every single penny matters to us. My husband is disabled and I take care of my 85 year old mother. Money is tight. At first I had no difficulty with the site, I bragged on it to everyone. Now tho, every time I shop I have to open a case. I am severely auto immune. Going into a store, honestly I may never get to do again. I have to rely on grocery pick up. So I pick up my order and wait and the next day I'm still waiting. I open a case and most the time I get the reply of I need to make copies of everything, scan barcodes, resubmit. I've uninstalled and reinstalled tried all I can. Finding the rebates is my job…. I click on them as directed. It is your job to honor those items with the points. I feel like I am beating a dead horse. Yes deactivate me. When leaving a review I will be just as detailed, polite, and thorough as I have been with you

Ibotta consistently cheating me out of cash back even with a receipt and cards being connected. You send it inquiry's for them to give you your cash back and no response. They say up to 7 days but they lie it's an alleged theft of services if you ask me but to each is own. They really ain't tryna let you get no money they false advertise play it safe muah unlegit

I had an problem with my Ibotta app that I couldn't solve myself. I got very detailed instructions on what to do to solve my issue and it worked. They were fantastic in giving me help.
This company is the most unscrupulous bunch of theives/scammers I've ever run into. They promise you rebates, but produce only headaches. At first you will do the work for a few dollars, for the time you spend it is less than minimum wage, then all your rebates disappear and you will have to reshow your reciepts(which they say are too dark or too light) and then you have to prove the rebates was available with a screenshot because they can't see it on their end. Bunch of theives with customer service trained to be as rude as possible. Can I give a negative 2 stars?
I love Ibotta. It's a great way to save money. It's a great way to save money on your groceries. I always cash in fir a Kroger gift card. I love getting free groceries!
This app is not worth your time, I had $320 in there and they deactivated my account. Said it was under audit Then they close it. So I lost the $320 and they get to keep the money and still get the money from the manufacturer. What awful app. So just be weary of this app.
My account had a multiple attempted access by hackers. Ibotta security detected this and promptly deactivated my account. The hackers were not able to get at my account balance!

Everything is usually great but sometimes it will ask to scan a barcode that I have already thrown away and I will miss out on cash back.
I love Ibotta. I recieve cash back on item I would already purchase. These even link all your accounts to download your receipts for you. All you do is add the item you will purchase ahead of time and submit your recipes.
The site will not let you unsubscribe full from their emails. Going to contact my attorney to sue the company for their continuous emails even after unsubscribing once prior.

I have been doing Ibotta for several years and I am about done. Instead of their technology getting better to fix mistakes, it's getting worse. It's cumbersome to report missing rebates and multiple times a week now it seems I need to report a missing rebate. There is no reason for this. The time I have to spend sending in all the info they want because they won't look it up themselves. They can see the order where they give the original rebates, they need to do the work of looking at it and fixing it. I shouldn't spend 30 min each time going back and looking at the orders to get the info to give it all to them. This is what you are signing up for if you do this app. Nothing is easy with them and you have to watch every order to make sure you get your cash back or you have done it for nothing.
Very fast experience on getting the cash back and submitted the receipt.

I have had many instances where I have purchased a product scanned it and I am told that it is not eligible and I am staring at the exact product that is pictured. Also also had an instance where it said any brand any juice and I purchased juice at Trader Joe's and it was rejected
Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?
