I am beyond livid. I was unable to access my account as my previous email was no longer active. I emailed customer service asking them to let me into my account and update my email address, but instead they deleted the whole account and all my funds! They opened a new account with my current email! They refused to answer why in the world they closed my account without authorization and to give me a valid number to speak with a representative!
I checked off Vital eggs on Ibotta site. It said I could purchase up to five dozen. I bought 2 dozen with 2 separate receipts since it is easier to download picture. I only got credit for one dozen. I took second picture and went to upload it and never got credit for the purchase which is expensive. I was very disappointed. This also happened once before with 2 containers of prunes I purchased.
I make my list, I scan my items, and I get credit for 2 things and not the 6 or 7 that I bought. It should have been close to $7.
I like fetch better. Just scan and it figures it out for you. No games. Tired of fighting with the app.
This is a great way to earn cash. I use the app to buy the thing I need and get cash back within a few hours after the purchase. I go through the shopping list in the store I'm shopping in and choose the items that I'm actually going to buy. I also earn cash by buying gift cards for places that I frequent such a restaurants. I then use the gift cards to pay the bill. When you earn $20, you can then cash out by having your money transferred to you PayPal account or use it to buy gift cards.
I had a receipt rejected twice after scanning the barcodes and having items approved so I disputed it. It was resolved so quick and I got my money right away! I am an avid Ibotta user and always refer Ibotta to people I know!

They did away with the feature that you can manually enter the receipt and match your deals. Now, they do it automatically and match your deals for you. They screwed me out of 80% of my offers and won't let you re-enter the receipt. Surprise surprise, they matched 3 offers that were the smallest cash back offers. They didn't match the high dollar purchases though. Total scam.
I love saving money and trying new thing so when I get new coupons for new items I do try them. When you're short on money I leave the money and pull it out when I need it. It's like a mini saving account win win
7/19/24 today i purchased the nudges 2 of them for $4 I got nothing and it was the same bag as the picture and discription and I couldn't talk to anyone very disappointed.
I don't like the fact that I have to buy what's listed. I don't shop that way. I like being able to scan my receipt and have the app find the products that match their listed products for me and then apply the credits. 👎 to time consuming.

I submitted a receipt 6 times and they deny it because they can't read the date. That is a lie because the date and other info is clear. My rebate for the receipt is $10.25. I don't think they want to give me that much money. I believe if I resubmit the receipt and ask for only $1 they will see the date
Ibotta customer service is always so helpful and understanding. I've had issues with my Walgreens not printing a receipt so I could submit back to the app but Ibotta always helps me out!
Could not upload my receipt because I had to scan the barcode on the product I purchased and it would not accept the bar code, saying it was invalid. Messaged the help center and the issue was resolved in less than an hour.
Down side is when checking for featured products each one appears multiple times in multiple categories so takes too long to peruse list. Discourages use of site when ready to shop
I love this app for cash back on items and it's super easy. The only problem I have is that sometimes it says it's a duplicate receipt. Which I know it's not because I scan it as soon as I get home. I know if I have a card connected to the app or my other apps it automatically scans them. But it does not scan them all and I'm not able to scan it. So they need to fix that little problem. Other than that, love the app!

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate.
