I have be able to get rebates sometimes, but other times, I scan the product in the store and the app says it is valid but when I scan my receipt after purchase the app says it is not valid. I would not have bought the product if I knew I would not get the rebate! That is bad

I would not recommend this app to anyone. Money doesn't grow on trees for me obviously that's why I'm trying to get cash back for stuff I bought. The app seems to only offer cash back for the items that cost the most. Youd think having the receipts would be good enough for the app to see what you bought and then give you cash back but I guess not. This app definitely needs work.
Most of the time no credit is given for the products purchased. It's frustrating to submit the appropriate bar codes and still not receive the proper credit.
I signed up when I could link my Kroger account to the Ibotta points. That system is no longer. By the time I load all the goodies and scan the receipts the money I receive is not worth it. The syetm is slow beyonf what is acceptable and disconnects me frequently. Today I received an email that they would charge me maintenance fees if I didn't use more. I am deleting the app today
I sincerely appreciated all those from Ibotta who worked with me to resolve my issue. Although it was a hassle for both of us the matter was resolved and in a very timely matter. The only thing that couldn't be explained was my receipt from the Piggly Wiggly grocery store. That account is linked to Ibotta and how the receipt Ibotta received is different than the actual paper receipt is still a mystery. The receipt Ibotta received had two items at the bottom of the receipt that were not purchased by me! I did send a copy of the actual receipt. How they were different still can't be explained. But the team at Ibotta was still able to straighten things out and I am grateful for that. I still enjoy using Ibotta and will continue to do so. Thanks again!

I enjoy using Ibotta since it's just few clicks away for some extra savings. My favorite stores are Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, CVS, Target etc as they are my frequent shopping places. I have never had issues with my app until just this last week. I cashed in my money for a gift card and never got the gift card. I followed the directions on how to resend it, but still nothing. So i put in a ticket for help, 4 different tickets I have now put in and no response at all!
It's so easy to use and I am already at 32 dollars (only after a week and half). I upload the receipts of the items I am already buying and it gives me credit on already reduced prices-I use coupons from different retailers like cvs

Not only waste of time, but they make it hard for you to withdraw your credits... trying to reset my password to be able to get my money, it has been several days, and I still couldn't... it may work if you have little money, so cash out asap and get out of it

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate.
