I have been an Ibotta user since 2012. That is 14 years that I have been a faithful user of the rebate company. They have gotten better with their bonuses that they give for certain products. They also have a multitude of products that the everyday consumer uses. I especially love their 'free' items and BOGO items they give you rebates for. They are prompt and rewarding their users with the rebate money. It only takes about 5 minutes when I cash out to PayPal to get my money via PayPal. I bought it is also pretty accurate when they give you your rebates you have earned. Hats off to this wonderful company called Ibotta. ๐
U deleted my account because someone that owned the tablet prior tome buying it, previously had the Ibotta appand now I can't coupon anymore and I don't want to live

I thought I bought a product that was listed and it was slightly different, I contacted Ibotta and they gave me a 1 time credit for the mistake.
My experience has been easy and extremely helpful. The app is really easy to use and it explains the deals. The barcode check feature is the most useful to me to ensure that I'm buying the right products.
Almost every receipt I submit is missing offers. Sometimes I have already unpacked the items such as beverage cans from the boxes already and have had to go fish the box out of the trash to scan the barcode from the box. Very annoying. And way too frequent. I really have to pay close attention so I don't miss things.

In my WinCo receipt, there is a purchase of Pork Riblets, that have the store scan bar which should qualify for the $.05 but I got a message that says it doesn't qualify for a pork ribs purchase.
My Walmart app wasn't linked due to system error but the Ibotta agent was patient and helped me get all of my missing offers
Went to large box store and was able to find several items on sale.
I had some issues with a $18.79 rebate and within 48 hours of explaining my situation and showing my receipt. My problem was resolved. These guys and gals really care about customer service! WOW!

They've stolen money from me. I earned rewards and they reversed them for no reason. I'm never using Ibotta again. They are extremely unreliable. I'm very upset and will not recommend them!

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
