I-say.com is as legit as it can possibly get. I can attest to this as I am an active member of this community and actually just received some products to test & review. I have not been asked or paid to write a review on I-say... I simply ran across the website reviewing I-say and felt I needed to inform people that it is indeed legitimate and to become a member will not be wasting your time. Thank you.

I have cashed out many times on i-say. It does take awhile to get enough to do so. The qualifying part is rather long and late dq's happen to me more often than other sites. I use this after I have done other sites first.

Legit company, but definitely not worth it. Asks the same questions over and over and you MIGHT qualify for one survey out of 10 or 15. In the meantime, they have a ton of your personal information, even though you almost never "qualify" for a survey. Far better sites than this one. Not worth my time.

I have been participating in almost every survey for half of the year and accumulated around £40 worth points. Then, one day I received an email that they deactivated my account, that it will not be possible to re-activate it and I cannot now redeem any vouchers. They told that my 'member profile is no longer suitable for our market research needs', whatever that means. Moreover, when your profile does not qualify for a survey, they usually just say that, so I do not see why deactivation was necessary. They keep replying me in the same generic email regardless of what I ask them.

Most of the survey taking websites I have tried out lead you into a maze of surveys with no end insight. You never seem to reach the reward that was promised.

i-say.com works! It is legitimate. You take the survey, get your points and earn your reward easy. They send you emails with surveys that may be a match for you, and when you complete it you get points. If you were not a match for the survey you get points anyway that you can use to enter a drawing for prizes. It is kind of fun.

It could be better!
August 25, 2015

I really like Ipsos i-Say. They are a survey company that pays you to do online surveys. Amounts range from 48 points and up. If you get disqualified you are supposed to get 5 points and an entry into their Poll Predictor. With the Poll Predictor you have to guess the percentage who answered a poll question a certain way, then you get entries into their prize drawling depending on how close you were (ranges from 1-25 entries). So that is very good. Now onto the bad:
I'm getting at least one survey a day that does not credit correctly. I do the full survey OR I get disqualified and don't get the points. It seems it takes about 1-3 weeks to add the points to my account. I find that unacceptable as other survey websites have responded to me that same business day! With the other survey sites, even if they had to investigate it took them one business day and I got a decision in my favor. With i-Say, it just takes too long and you might forget. So, here is what I would recommend - keep GOOD records. Be sure to have to survey number before you even begin the survey in case you don't get credit or something goes wrong. Then, make sure you save all the information (survey number, number of points ripped of, date of survey, topic of survey). When they finally respond back to you, make sure you link their ticket number to what you saved. Then be sure to follow up if they don't credit you. You really have to babysit the surveys to make sure they credit.

I'm happy with them, but they frustrate me a lot when they don't credit me!

Awesome Survey Site
December 10, 2021

I-Say is 100% legit. I have been with this survey community for several years. I can honestly say that I have had a ton of product testings with the company, as well as being paid. Nope, you will not make millions taking surveys on i-Say, but you're not going to with any other survey company either. Believe me, I am signed up with them all, and have been with each company for about as long. I usually make anywhere from 20.00 - 35.00 with i-Say within a weeks time span. That's on the weeks that I plug hard at taking as many surveys as possible- before my eyes start crossing. When I take only one or two surveys a day then I will end up making about 5.00 a week. How much you make all depends on how long you sit taking the surveys- And how much you want it.

As for all the people who say that the site is nothing but a scam- This is not true. I-say (like any other survey company) has attention checks within every survey that you take. If you miss too many of those attention checks, or fly through the surveys to fast... Yes, you'll get banned from the website. Just as you will on any other survey site as well. These surveys are made up by major companies, and they need honest answers to the surveys. The answers allows the companies to know what they need to do differently, it also shows how products and ideas for new products are actually proceived by honest people. Taking surveys are legitimately time consuming. Either be prepared to take your time while taking them, or don't sign up!

Also, if you try to sign up with any survey company under two different names, or two different emails- That too will definitely be caught, and you will be banned.

Hopefully this review will add clarity to why some people are banned from survey companies. As far as i-Say goes they are legit, and there's several real bonuses to being with them.

This could be a wonderful site if they dedicated themselves to building their integrity. They don't seem to be concerned about crediting your account once you have completed a survey. The first time they failed to credit me, I contacted customer support and was promised that my account would be credited within 3 days. Never happened. Further emails went unreturned. In all, I've had 3-4 surveys not credit. It's one thing to have a technical problem, own it, and fix the problems when they are brought to your attention. It's totally another to recognize the problem by promising to fix it, then fail to follow through. That's the essence of acting without integrity.

Don't bother
February 16, 2021

I've been doing surveys for years now. I set everything up on i-Say, filled out the profile entirely, and got the "your profile was deactivated" email within, I kid you not, just one day. I have never had this happen with before.

Complete waste of time and very unprofessional.

Its hard to choose just one reason I quit them. I'm sick of their bull$#*! scams. I will be reviewing their site to the review sites. I'm sick of agreeing to do a 90 point survey, then 10 minutes into it, they say "ok, you qualified", then you ask 20 minutes of questions and almost everytime they all of a sudden say "sorry, you don't qualify" or "the study is not available, but here's 5 points", were not stupid, we just did a 30 minute survey for 5 points (that won't buy anything). I'm also sick of answering the same 10 questions, store my answers. Questions like zip code, how many people live in my house, their ages, male or female, adults... damn, everytime, just save that information. Your points don't buy anything. I use alot of survey sites, and the good ones send me a $5 amazon card for EVERY survey. Your BS gives me one for doing 50 surveys! Do not join this site, Horrible!

Scammers
October 2, 2022

Truly believe they are scammers. They make you work like a dog for little pay.
Actually NO pay. That's right, they don't pay.
So I had enough points to redeem a $5 PayPal reward.
They sent me a link to click on and redeem my reward. Inside the link should be a nother link to open and link your PayPal to accept the payment. Guess what, there is no link to open and link my PayPal. I send them numerous mails, to sort the problem. Up until today, they have not responded to me request.
Dam scammers!

Please read and understand!
I have contacted support on numerous occasions, you don't respond. Why should I keep on contacting them, if they /you don't respond.
Abd why do you respond to every one with the same dam copied reply. Attend to your people and problems with real replies and solutions

So you just won't or dont respond to my many requests emails for help
You wont, dont send the payment.
You won't, dont get a solution to your problem.
I wil keep on shaming you until I get my right full payment

Crappy Survey Site
October 5, 2020

After using this site for thirty minutes and completing three surveys already, I looked at my balance to find that 145 points were removed from my balance for absolutely no reason. Stay away from this damn site and use one that actually works like Qmee.

I was convinced on using this service because they advertised that I could test products and leave reviews. THIS IS NOT TRUE. They take your information and sell it. Allow you to take surveys that pay cents on the dollar.
Not worth giving up your privacy.

I used to love I-Say (Ipsos) in which I could reach the then-required 1530 point level to cash out for 15 bucks within 4 to 6 months because they were frequently sending me survey invitations, I would get five points for surveys I screened out of and I was able to complete 7 diary surveys for up to 175 points for each of these annually, which they no longer feature, but they regressed. Until recently, they went many weeks without emailing me an invitation but I was still willing to continue giving them the benefit of the doubt because they had dropped their lowest payout level to 510 points and I had near 500 points in my account balance. I had to just drop them because when they just resumed sending me surveys, my points balance had mysteriously dropped to 160 and I refuse to waste any more time with them, knowing that most of the surveys I take re-reroute to another survey and that my account balance may inexplicably drop again.

I generally have had no issues in this two + years I have been a part of this site until recently. I have sent numerous emails asking to be credited for a completed, 30 day, alcohol journal which concluded with a more in-depth final survey. I reached the final page that clearly stated I had completed the survey and would be credited 300 points when I clicked next. I was not, I still have not been, and I cannot get any kind of response back from the staff of I-Say. This site has also recently started doing surveys that are from Nielson Research/Pinecone Research in which the participant is paid $5 from them yet only 90 cents with I-Say which means they are banking the other $4.90 plus what they charge for providing the survey from the company seeking to use them. This site has turned out to be nothing more than a scam site. Surveys are frequently stopping at the end, not being redirected back to the main page for credit with the Poll at the end. Save your time, there are much better sites out there than this one.

Sent OVER 20 Email requests to their support regarding my Starbucks 500-point link-reward that I never received & still no response? 0-stars / 5 is more like it for this company!

Their Q & A section states that these gift cards are sent immediately, but it has been OVER 4-weeks?

I have seen this company advertising fake jobs on actual jobs sites, which I have flagged, as you only get paid in points to be re-deemed later for gift cards that you never receive. It takes an average of a month to get enough points for a $5.00 CDN gift card, therefore total waste of time.

If you still see this review, it means I still haven't received my gift card!

THEREFORE, WORST SURVEY COMPANY WORLD-WIDE, HOPE COVID TAKES CARE OF THEM, FORCING THEM INTO BANKRUPTCY!

Overview

The company's reputation is significantly tarnished by widespread customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with account management and reward redemption. Many users report frustration over accounts being deactivated without clear justification, leading to a loss of earned points. Customers frequently express concerns about the availability of surveys, often finding themselves ineligible despite having completed preliminary questions. While some participants acknowledge a slow but possible earning potential, the overwhelming sentiment is one of disappointment and distrust, indicating a pressing need for improved communication and operational reliability to enhance customer service and restore credibility.
