Do not waste your time doing surveys for nothing. This company I-say. Com is a lie.
You are wasting time with them.
No pierdan tiempo haciendo encuestas con ellos. Hay mejores sitios para hacer encuestas.
I was a panel member for over 5 years and had no issues with i-Say. I completed hundreds of surveys over the years, collected points, and cashed them in without any problems. The last two months I hadn't received any surveys and kept checking the website which said no available surveys which at times was not unusual. I finally emailed them and my response was "We have been reviewing our clients' research requirements and, unfortunately, your member profile is no longer suitable for our needs. Consequently, your account was deactivated on 04/18/2019 and no other survey invitations have been sent to you. If you have any points remaining in your account, you can redeem them for up to 45 days after terminating your membership. After 45 days, all remaining points have been forfeited." It would have been nice to know that after years I was no longer suitable and I would have cashed out my 8,000+ points and went on my merry way. The kicker is I applied using another email using the same personal information and was accepted into i-Say. I'm not sure what happened at i-Say but now there are lots of negative reviews about this happening and Luke your response of 'We're sorry for the poor experience' of 'We're sorry for the inconvenience' just doesn't cut it. You all scammed lots of points from your panelists who spent time filling out your surveys in good faith.
Never got paid anything from this just kills hella time if your bored. So u can try it but don't take my word for it.
This bogus boot leg company sent me an email today 10/11/2020 about signing up to this great website to earn money... So I sign up. Answer a million and a half questions. Spend like an hour setting it up. Legit not even 2 hrs later I get an email saying they have deactivated my account... No reason given. They can't possibly have a reason! 2 hours later? After filling out all of the questions. And finally setting it all up... You people emailed me about signing up?!? Ridiculous. This seems to be a common occurrence. They emailed the wrong one because I am a social media guru. I have over 50k followers whom I was going to share this site with! Thank god I didn't as they deserve NO business. I will now go on allllll of my social media platforms letting everyone know what crap isay or ipsos whatever they are called is. From looking at the other complaints this seems to be something they do to people alllll the time. Waste my time... Pshh. I will now spend an hour denouncing your silly site so nobody else has to deal with your unprofessionalism. Peace.
Owes me $3.70. Won't let you redeem for less than $5. Will make you do complete surveys then say you aren't qualified to do the survey you already completed. This happened around 50 times straight over the course of months. Brought this up to their support email and they then obviously flagged my account because new surveys I was invited to then automatically said I wasn't qualified when I opened them. Eventually I stopped receiving new survey opportunities altogether so I was obviously unable to earn the measly $1.30 required to be able to redeem the money they STILL owe me. Lied to my face for months via email when in reality they decided they no longer wanted to pay me for quite literally no reason at all. The second latest response I received was, and I quote, "We have been reviewing our clients' research requirements and, unfortunately, your member profile is no longer suitable for our needs. Consequently, your account was terminated, and no other survey invitations have been sent to you. Please also note that we reserve the right to cancel a membership without warning or having to justify the decision afterwards, according to our terms and conditions, which you agreed to when you joined our panel. This decision was made for market research purposes only, and we're sorry if it caused you any inconvenience." AKA "you turned old and we don't care about stealing from women over 26 because they don't matter". The last email last response was a direct contradiction to what they already told me, where they now claim "Your account was deactivated due to a lack of action within the given timeframe. This resulted in the forfeiture of your points, a consequence we deeply regret had to occur." That's a flat out lie, since I logged into my account to check my balance last week, and my balance is 370 points. They can't even keep their own story straight.
I've been speaking to their support email for months, and they have done nothing except blow me off, which is why I'm now publicly shaming them and warning others. In short, Ipsos Isay wasted months of my time, lied to my face about it, STOLE MY MONEY, then deleted my account because I aged out of the demographic they care about. Give me the money you owe me, you. Absolute. Scumbags. Your salaries are being paid by stealing from the poor. Karma is coming for you.

IPSOS had a year long mystery shop in which you were required to have a specific phone plan from At&T in which you pay first of course and then eventually IPSOS would reimburse you... or so they say. I was reimbursed for the first 6 months no problem and now they refuse to pay my for the balance owed.
I was never told the shop ended prior to the posted shop instructions that stated: You will keep the plan going for 12 consecutive months April 2016 to April 2017 with At&T and now they claim I breached my contract by claiming emails were sent to me or I failed to do something. I even have payment pending in the history log and they refuse to pay me. IPSOS claims that the plan was changed and the study ended without any notification in Dec 2016. If a shop ends early it is the responsibility of IPSOS to notify and pay for any outstanding fees incurred due to no notification and/or early termination fees!
We all know mystery shop dates change and it is up to the company to let us know the updates and have them posted as an update on the assignment instructions! I am out $800 with At&T, because I was on a one year contract. I only had this plan for the IPSOS study and of course they did not have me on a cheap plan. They even had their attorney contact me to scare me off and he did not even have the correct study dates on his letter.
I had to email him the original job instructions and dates. summitscheduling.com was part of this nightmare as well. Anyone have any suggestions on how to collect this money from IPSOS.
Just found out through other posts that the client did actually cancel their contract with IPSOS and IPSOS failed to notify their mystery shoppers. I have been told that I am not the only one who was not paid!
Review about: Ipsos / AT&T
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $873.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I didn't like: Fraud, Failed to properly post updates on shop portal, Uses their in house attorney to scare shopper to prevent payment, Client cancels contract with ipsos and they hide it, Ends mystery study with no notification to shoppers.
Did they work just to have them shut me down no compensation no explanation no apologies just look us up later. SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS
The site itself is S L O W. Earnings, s l o w. Not worth the time. I left them and found better sites.
BEWARE. I earned 1230 points and overnight they deactivated my account and took my points without any notice or warning. SCAM
I did not consign your emails to spam, I simply haven't been responding to them as often as before. My email service does not send a notification to say that a message has been sent to a spam folder, it is shown as being delivered. You wouldn't know if I'd read it or sent it to any other folder, manually or automatically.
I had built up many points over many hours and was waiting to cash in in the near future with vouchers. I had even been collecting loyalty bonuses for my activity. As far as I was aware you simply stopped sending me emails.
Not once did I ever see an email warning me of account closure due to inactivity. This with about twenty pounds of points in my account! A far as I am concerned this was a cynical exercise to save on paying out to someone who had spent hours opn your website and accrued a few pounds of points.
To say that I am disgusted is putting it mildly. I will make sure that
Best Regards,

Answer: I know that this question was asked a long time ago... But for anyone else who is doing a product test for i-Say- Normally, on product testing you'll receive a email invite to finish the review survey on the products that you test with i-Say.
The company's reputation is significantly tarnished by widespread customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with account management and reward redemption. Many users report frustration over accounts being deactivated without clear justification, leading to a loss of earned points. Customers frequently express concerns about the availability of surveys, often finding themselves ineligible despite having completed preliminary questions. While some participants acknowledge a slow but possible earning potential, the overwhelming sentiment is one of disappointment and distrust, indicating a pressing need for improved communication and operational reliability to enhance customer service and restore credibility.
