This company is a scam and fraudulent company. Their merchandise is useless and the glasses were flimsy and made me dizzy and nauseous. I tried, in a nice way, reaching out to them as to where I could return the merchandise, they have been giving me the runaround and saying the address is on the package. There is no address on the package. I asked them to give me a legitimate address, same response I got from them. I have never been so humiliated in my life. What a shame, this company had great ideas, but definitely crooks. I wish I could rate them as zero

I made an order on August 25th. Haven't received shipping confirmation and tracking number. Haven't received my order. They are not replying to emails sent to them. Not recommended.

I have not received any correspondence since I purchased a drone.
No product received in over a month.
I have raised fraud case against this company with my bank.

Bought a drone only to come as an unbranded one not as described. Video quality is pathetic and not as advertised. Supposed to be 4K... only 720p
Drone behavior is random, crashed it already 20+ times. Won't even hover still.
Can't calibrate as instructed. Basically it's a toy worth $50 tops never mind the RRP of $260.
I hope this company gets shut down like they deserve.

FRAUD! SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I'd like to give negative 50 stars to be honest. Forked out $189 in October 2021 for a drone & accessories that never even arrived. Liaised with their customer service (no service whatsoever) who informed me eventually in January 2022 that they would be in touch to organise a refund. Then after numerous further emails from me asking what was happening I received "We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you
Due to some issue we are not able to refund the amount to you." in February 2022. WTAF?

1 star is too much!
Misleeding advertisements and long waiting for your products and then you will get cheap junk; especially not something you ordered.
With complaints they will not give you correct answers, and they wil soon not react at all.
Never buy junk from them!

I bought a drone with these guys online and had tried to contact them few times for an accelerated shipping and NO RESPONSE! The shipment was posted late and I ended up not getting the drone for the holidays I was buying it for. I got it when I came back from holidays and its not good quality for the price I paid. Don't think Ill get much out of the warranty I paid for either as they don't respond to emails at all. Don't recommend buying from these guys at all! Also I checked the details of this company and they seem to have 2 names, Hyperstech (or Panameedia?) and Novads. Sounds like a dodgy mob...

On september 28,2021 i payed for a SmartWatch. They confirmed the payment and shipping. Up today i did'nt get it. On december 2nd I clicked "Track it" in the confirmation-letter, and the answer was: " No information. We seem can't identify the number ". On december 2nd I sent them Inquiry. Until december 11th 2021 there was no answer as well as no SmartWatch. Now dear reader, make your own decision.

I ordered a product over three months ago, paid by visa, it took long enough for them to allegedly ship it, I followed the tracking which must be fake as well, two weeks ago I asked for my money back and suddenly on their tracking site the status changed to delivered, I have lost my money, next time I will read reviews of each company beforehand. I see that many people have been conned by this company, if you are reading this stay far away from this Chinese scam company they cannot be trusted!

Hyperstech vende productos que no entrega o los reemplaza por malas copias. Después no responde hasta que uno recurra a páginas como esta para conseguir una respuesta adecuada.
El 19 de marzo compré una cámara ZoomShotPro por 88US$ según Invoice N° 6a02eda2c428ba. El 24 de marzo me informaron que había sido despachada.
El 11 de junio, casi tres meses después, reclamé que no me había llegado y pedí el dinero de vuelta.
Después he mandado varios mails de reclamo y siempre responden que ha habido problemas con su sistema de reembolso y que espere unos días. Ya llevo tres cartas de reclamo y no pasa nada.
Por lo que se ve, Hyperstech hace esto a menudo y si uno no reclama pierde.
Seguiré poniendo reclamos en las páginas sociales hasta que me devuelvan el dinero.

This company is a fraud as they don't supply what was ordered on the net. I ordered a magnilens and received something totally different from the advert( A piece of $#*!). Please be aware of what you order from this company as they take your money and supply inferior shipment

Yes these fraudsters just got me as i ordered a drone x, delays, tracking #( false web page)and lots of lies. I don't know how these rip off's keep getting away with this. The Chinese Goverment should off caught these guys by now. With ALL the complaints. YOU WOULD THINK

I was very disappointed.
It cost a lot of money.
I wanted to return the product- It costs as much as the product to send the package back.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS! Product sitting in customs and they won't do a damn thing to get it through... but after reading these reviews I'm pretty sure that this product that we bought is going to be the same as their customer service... $#*!!

If you want to buy a gift, but have it sit at an alleged post office for a month, and then they want you to run home and reject it for them to take a minimum 10 days to refund your finances, use this horrible company!

Over seven weeks ago I ordered a U-Drone with a case and spare blades. When the package arrived there was a non descriptive mini drone which had Emotion written on it. I looked it up and this drone is sold as low as $29 on the internet. I have paid $200 for the U-Drone. Since they don't accept PayPay, I paid by my Visa, I am out of pocket with a piece of garbage from China. This company is a scam. They also operate under MOXINGLONG name as well..
