Hulu

I really dislike the new format of HULU. I often watch TV laying in bed at night and of course fall asleep during an episode or even watching on the couch I often fall asleep. I used to be able to wake up and just restart/resume the current episode but in the new format you have to go through a ton of screens to do that. Very difficult when you're half a sleep so I end up missing entire episodes. When scrolling seasons, the new format doesn't show you any of the episodes the way the old format did. Please bring back the old format... I really dislike the new.

Do not use this app. Even the "commercial free" option spams you with more commercials than you can shake a stick at. Also they are so paranoid with piracy i cannot even use the app on my own computer because there software forbids it. Use any other app you can or pirate the show you want before using this app

I hate that when you search for a movie or show and it says it's on hulu but when you go to hulu and search for the show it wants you purchase another service i. E. Disney, Stars, ESPN, MMM etc. If it's not on hulu then don't say that it is. Almost every movie I've wanted to watch on hulu is not on hulu.

I have enjoyed the variety on Hulu, but it has always been lacking previous seasons for the shows I like and now it seems the commercials are overwhelming. There are so many commercials I'm not enjoying the programs I do like to watch. It's to the point I'm ready to cancel. I'm going to suffer through the last few episodes of the show I'm watching now and be done with it. I have seen quite a few similar complaints and it's obvious Hulu isn't paying attention, so I will find my programs elsewhere and not deal with the dreadful repetitive commericis every two min.

I had charges that I didn't make on my PayPal (which was my payment method for Hulu). I tried to log in to Hulu, but nothing was working. I called Hulu, and the guy acknowledged someone changed my email address associated with my Hulu account. MY account - but he refused to give me the email address. He refused to help other than close my account. They would not refund my stolen charges either. He told me to contact PayPal, and since I had previously authorized these charges, PayPal refused to reimburse me. I lost out, and Hulu sucks. Buyer beware!

Atop an already comparatively expensive subscription cost, Hulu crams in more adds than every other streaming service combined. Not to mention the fact that half of the content is locked behind a more expensive version of Hulu in which the advertisement problem is still present. Would not recommend.

Terrible service, I am trying it for the 2nd time in 2 years. I signed up for 1 day 2 years ago on a week trial and noticed it sucked. I tried it again this week because my wife got into a tv shown but the programming freezes, it skips, and yes it does play the same commercials over and over again. Don't sign up it sucks. This makes me want to break my tv because I am so Flippin angry at hulu! Don't try it, it's a waste of time.

Not good because a lot of good shpws end up expiring the newer seasons. I like to save shows amd watch one at a time then watch other ones but shows like the walking dead ridiculousness and other shows expire from hulu and dont come back. Thats so unfair. To watch tv is very expensive. Also it ticks me knowing that my favorite shows end up just dissapearing for good. Thats like you like a food and they cancel the food because its getting too much sales. Very dissatisfied!

My number one issue with Hulu is a reoccurring issue I have with my account. When this issue happens, I try to watch an episode of a TV series, but a screen pops up that states that Hulu is being streamed on too many devices. However, there is no one else watching Hulu when this happens. I know this, because I visited Hulu.com/devices and removed every single device except for the one I was using the first time it happened. It still didn't work.

I have subscribed top Hulu for over 7 years. I upgraded to Hulu Live so I could watch live and LOCAL streaming.

As of December 2019, they are raising the price $10 a month to $54.99. That's a big raise! Unfortunately, about 5 months ago, I started having problems with live streaming. My local NBC affiliate is cutting out, so I can't watch it live.

I called and they said it was MY problem. I called a month later and they said it was THEIR problem. A month later they said it was fixed and it was my problem. Four months and its not fixed, they offer me no discount, and they are raising the price. And now my CBS local affiliate is cutting out.

If you want to watch TV the day after its on, Hulu Basic at $5.99 is great. But Hulu Live is NOT worth $54.99 a month when it does not deliver.

If you are trying to test out Hulu + live tv free trial there is no such thing. Just Hulu is a free trial. If you add on Live tv or any additional add on you will have to pay for a minimum 1 month fee. Did the live tv and redzone add on for football season. Thought I'd have access to all games but just 2 am games and 2 late games. Redzone add on was spotty and kept kicking me out. Maybe hulu servers couldnt handle opening day. Anyway tried to cancel because you can get same thing on sling for 45/mo. Rep at hulu said i can't because its a bundle meaning only hulu is free trial. Once you add anything else on you will be billed full amount on billing cycle. So if you're trying to test out Hulu for NFL Redzone or NFL games you will have to do so for 1 month and pay full price. Just trying to help anyone else out who was under the impression you can test it free for 1 week. You cannot.

Hulu kicked me out over 40 times during the Super Bowl! Horrible! I pay a lot of money for Hulu and they can't have the act together for the Super Bowl!
