After my trial period was over HULU started freezing constantly. Cant HULU fix this problem - which after reading reviews I see this is common.

Happened to me. Stay away from hulu. My systems is high speed and works great with YouTube 4k and Netflix 4K HDR. Hulu obviously is bandwidth limited which might work for customers who watch old movies but their technology is not good for 1080P and modern technology.

This problem will only get worse over time. And happen more frequently. Calling customer service will only get you nowhere. They will just blame your internet connection. I suggest other streaming services like Netflix or Amazon. I have both and I've never had any issues with them.
