Stay away from Umer Hayat and his Hukumat company! They are scamming customers by providing worst quality Pakistani programmers and are forcing for pre-pay!

Umer Hayat is a scammer working for Hukumat, a Pakistani software company that hires only the lowest quality Pakistani programmers! Umer is trouble. He is unreliable and I would stay away from him!
